what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun. when it rises dripping from the sea when it falls like honey on the trees when it swallows up clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.

Wow.
The past few days have truly been an emotional rollercoaster for me. Just yesterday, I received my O'Level results for Malay. I was so disapponted to find out that I only got a B3. At least I was consoled by the fact that I had gotten a distiction for my oral. I was really so touched that my schoolmates were there to support me. I truly would have gotten even more emotional if it wasn't for their support. Thanks guys. :) I really want to congratulate the Higher Mt girls who got an A1 for their paper.. great job people!!! YaYyYY!! For the two of us who didn't get an A.. we'll definitely do better next time round. >.< I have made up my mind to re-take my Malay paper and I really hope that Mrs Cheong would let me take it again in June. I really want to prove to myself that I can get a distinction for my mother-tongue. Insha-Allah. Anyway, today, we had our school's Sports Day @ St Andrew's JC. I could honestly say that I had enjoyed myself. Although, there were really some nail-biting moments. Firstly, I had forgotten to bring the National Anthem CD (aiz.. sorry ms kang..). I had to promise Ms kang that I would willingly sing the Anthem in front of the school. Luckily for me, I didn't have to do that 'cause Mdm Rossenah said to not sing or take the pledge today (whew). HOWEVER I had to go and get the girls in order. It was really tremendously incredibly sCaRy to get the WHOLE SCHOOL to listen to LitTle YOu especially when everyone was all over the place and the teacheRs (especially Mdm Rossenah.. scary man) expected you to do your duty. ANd I didn't have a ScRiPt!!! AaRRGGhh!!!! In the end though, it ended well although I felt that I sounded really weiRd. Well, Mrs Khor and I seem to think so anyway.. OoO.. and 4e6 won for inter-class relay!!! WhooHoo!!! You PeoPle Rawk!!!! Oh yeah...There was this particular announcer for the Sports Day who had a really jaRRing, eaR-SpLiTTinG, eaR PierCinG voice. My goodness. I think that most of us held our breath and and held lotsa fingers to our ears when we heard her voice come on the PA system. Aiyoh. Horrible. *CrinGes* In the end, Tolley (to alot of people's dismay) did not win the House Cheerleading Competition. They got LaSt place!!! And eVeRyOne thought that they were really good because all of us could tell that they had worked very haRd. Poor GirLs. And Cooke House won the competition instead even though I really thought that the cheerleaders were quite disorganized and that the routine was really draggy. (i'm really sorry to all the Cooke House people reading this... But at least i'm honest! At least I have integrity you know...) And suRprse SurPrise.. Gage Brown Obviously won the BeSt HousE.. again.. hahah.. great job guys.. OOooHh.. after the whole thing ended, i went for a PLC meeting with the PLs (GuiDes). It was one of those sitting-around-in-Macs-discussing-arguing-about-stuff-while-eating-feench-fries-and-drinking-lotsa-of-vanilla-coke meeting again. DaMn Fun.. Hahah (: Well.. that's all people. (Oh, and If you noticed that my english and grammer started deteriorating after the 2nd paragraph, i am honoured to present you the Most Observant Blog Reader Award... Hahah.. =P ) Have a nice week people. Oh. And do your best in the upcoming common tests!!! |
