what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun.
when it rises dripping from
the sea when it falls like honey on
the trees when it swallows up
clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.
i like fridays, rainy days, proud cats, black & white photographs, children's books, short stories and movies that most people would never see. Music serves me justice on sad days (Adele, The Kooks, Mumford & Sons are gems) and genuine smiles are a must-have.

just got back home from Ventures meeting.. really sorry that i missed the class outing cos i only knew about the outing late yesterday afternoon and it was kinda rude if i decided to tell those people at ventures that i won't be coming when i already said that i would earlier on. so. to all 4e6 girls.. please please forgive poor forgetful old siti..
made my ez-link card earlier today.. had to give up an incredibly ugly photo of myself in uniform.. wish that i'm more photogenic.. sigh..
got to harbourfront mrt station at 12.15pm.. 15 minutes late.. at least i tried to come early for the meeting okay.. the mrt was just slow.. too many stops..
met thiri and her friends.. finally a familiar face.. saw a few other familiar faces from st. marg's like sarah and chew ing.. sat stoning on the bus all the way to sentosa.
once we got to palawan beach [there was this spongebob squarepants-the movie festival thingie there.. later on, the guys collected some balloons meant for little kids and started sucking on the helium to make their voices really high-pitch.. damn funny.. especially when u see huge burly guys squeaking with voices like the Chipmunks..], we played a few ice-breaker games and did some erh.. not-so-clean games where we ate real "water"melons which were kinda sweet and salty (urgh.. i'm never eating another watermelon. ever) , knocked our heads several times with each other, played scissors-paper-stone water style and just got seriously drenched. all of us did the games so fast that we finished the programme 2 hours ahead of the allocated time.
btw. my team won almost all of the games so, as part of the prize, we ate crackers while standing waist-deep in the sea.
went for dinner. played heart attack, causing the people around us to move to another corner so they wouldn't hear us.
afterwards, played pool with jasmine, phoebe, pam and the remaining guys.. my first time but it wasn't too bad.. we girls kept moving the balls so much that we managed to finish the game in less than 15 minutes.. there was even this guy who claimed that he didn't know how to play pool but he trashed most of the pple in our grp who actually knew how to play pool anyway. urgh. such a crapper. i think that he planned it so that everyone would underestimate him so he'll be able to surprise us all.
overall, i had fun.. met a bunch of really nice people whom i hope would continue to stay on at ventures.. really looking forward to meeting them again.
feelin' real drowsy now. finally.
