you just might make me believe

what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun.
when it rises dripping from
the sea when it falls like honey on
the trees when it swallows up
clouds my soul moves with it.

mine is you.
when you lift your eyes
when you look straight ahead
when you try to speak my
heart moves with you.

she keeps going on and on..

bop to the top
had a carwash session today at st andrew's junior sch.. a fundraising effort by Ventures. yup. u guessed it. all the way in potong pasir. i was so worried this morning cos i couldn't remember if it was tanjong pagar or potong pasir. so can u imagine how long i'ld take if i got posted to sajc and it'll get shifted there next year? such a nightmare man.

in the beginning there were only 5 J1s so we decided (or rather the guys decided) to go and grab some breakfast at macs. i seriously didn't know that guys could be so "bitchy". i mean, they recounted almost every recent occasion that they actually met "horizontally-challenged" (f-a-t) girls. i really don't know how to describe my feelings exactly but i think that it was kinda like a cross between guiltiness (cos i'm actually listening to them talk cock) and revulsion (hello?! "sumo" was said for like an infinite no. of times) and fear. i mean, imagine if i suddenly bloated up like a hot-air balloon, will the same guys whom i already consider as friends actually insult the way i look behind my back? -shudders-

the other girl who was there with me and meself were shocked to learn that we were supposed to walk 15 mins to the sch. as usual, the guys were fooling ard and in actual fact it only took 5. arrgh. felt like pulling my hair out.

but washing cars was kinda okay.. i think that the detergent was kinda concentrated cos my hands were sorta red and had a tingling sensation after the whole thing.

i was kinda supposed to support my cuz at a play (a malay adaptation of Madame Butterfly) in his sch (acjc) tonight, cos he really worked hard in designing the sets and i guess he wanted to show off his creative talent. i'm sure it went great.

currently reading The Da Vinci Code. yeah, yeah.. i know that i'm kinda outdated cos everyone else seems to have read it already. but i don't think that not everyone would be comfortable reading it. i mean, the contents are kinda controversial, especially for christians. other than that, it's kinda like a thriller full of twists and puzzles. sorta like a treasure hunt across europe. seriously exciting.

honesty is the best policy
