what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun.
when it rises dripping from
the sea when it falls like honey on
the trees when it swallows up
clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.
i like fridays, rainy days, proud cats, black & white photographs, children's books, short stories and movies that most people would never see. Music serves me justice on sad days (Adele, The Kooks, Mumford & Sons are gems) and genuine smiles are a must-have.

went to shu wen's house today to do our history project. and oh my God. her house is like equivalent to something like the banyan tree resort larh.. damn nice. and her doggie is fantastically cute but unfortunately, i can't go near it. saddening.
i think that the hist project that mr kellet had set for us is pretty cool in most ways. our group's supposed to create a musical (seriously! a real musical!!) based on any historical event in our syllabus. we chose the plight of the peasants before the French Revolution and the downfall of King Louis XVI- which also involves the part where he literally loses his head to the guillotine. it also helps that we have musically-inclined people: shu wen can play the cello and the piano (she has achieved diploma for goodness sake! damn pro larh.), quan min can play the cello, canz can play the violin AND the piano, faith has a wonderfully angelic voice that's to die for.. and me? er. i can croak. ahahh. my singing's terrible but i'm okay at acting i guess. ohh. and i'm like so grateful to shu wen. she managed to think of the script including the scenes as well as the musical pieces to accompany the scenes. gosh. i think that she has the talent to work wonders in the theatre scene.
my voice has disintegrated to literally to something that frogs everywhere would be proud of now. dun be surprised if i start carrying around a whiteboard round my neck and pointing and grunting to it like some caveman. eh. cavewoman.
oh. and unless u have a lot of money to burn, dun ever go to newton circus to eat. the food is just so damn ex. can u imagine, 20 sticks of satay costs $8 when at the Satay Club in Sembawang, it costs less than that, and even has generous portions of ketupat. urh. i feel so cheated.
gonna really mug for the next few days. relaxation period is totally over. must get ready for promos.
ooh. watched 50 First Dates for the hundredth time yesterday.
i've resolved to marry Adam Sandler in a few years. i'm giving up on Kevin Costner cos he's getting too old. damn jealous that whitney housten got to act with him in The Bodyguard. huhh.
