what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun.
when it rises dripping from
the sea when it falls like honey on
the trees when it swallows up
clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.
i like fridays, rainy days, proud cats, black & white photographs, children's books, short stories and movies that most people would never see. Music serves me justice on sad days (Adele, The Kooks, Mumford & Sons are gems) and genuine smiles are a must-have.

went to mug with mello and nanz today. met them at the National Library at 11am. went all the way to the 7th floor to look for reference books on Southeast Asia. then, went all the way up to the 11th floor just to look for more books. battled the photocopying machine. it doesn't like me.
tried to find a place to sit and study. almost got knocked down by a huge group of primary school kids who were there on an excursion. they behaved as though they've never been to a library before. gave up trying to look for a place to sit in the library cos they'll chase us out anyway.
how ironic. if we try to study in Macs or some other food outlet, they'll scold us and say that we shouldn't treat the place like a library. but when we go to the library, we get chased out just cos we're not doing any reference work. how nonsensical is that? my house is so distracting with the comp and the tv and my lovely bed that i think the only decent place for me to study is like my sch library. gosh. and they tell us that they always cater to students. yeah right.
eventually went to Coffee Bean to study til about 6pm. (btw, don't ever EVER buy the Chocolate and a Thousand Leaves cake from there. it doesn't even taste choclatey. tasted more like a dry raspberry cake. gross.)
at this rate, i'm definitely on my way to become a full-time mugger.
yay. what joy.
i so dun wanna go to school tmr.
i dunno how to begin
i dunno how to get out there
to see you.
