what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun. when it rises dripping from the sea when it falls like honey on the trees when it swallows up clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.

it's super weird to be back in school after leading an incredibly slack ten days in thailand. i seriously miss the jamboree, the people there, the atmosphere, the brainless activities which we sometimes had to do. of course i didn't only bring back great memories, but also life lessons as well. all the screaming at the blasted icy cold showers at night, eating a lot of kfcs and donuts, trying my hand at cooking fried rice outdoors and killing most people with its spiciness, attempting to fly a kite with the help of newly-found thai friends, celebrating new year in a foreign country at a fantastic mega arena, performing in front of more than 10,000 people, trying to speed-shit every single morning, queing up at carrefour for a blardy hour, crazie shopping spree at carrefour on the second last day, trying to bargain with the shop aunties for souvenirs, learning to make concrete bricks for community service, having fun climbing structures, floating in a rubber boat with my insane patrol members, playing sea activities with the koreans, gossipping and complaining with the girls and crapping non-stop with the guys.. ahahh. priceless. i guess, it's just like a pilgrimage- it's something that every scout should do at least once in his/her lifetime. really missing jamboree now with all my tutorials and lectures piling up and knowing that a levels is just 9 pathetic months away. taking things one at a time. and being happy. TODAY HAPPY DAY. (: |
