what's your mode of transport?
mine is the sun.
when it rises dripping from
the sea when it falls like honey on
the trees when it swallows up
clouds my soul moves with it.
mine is you.
i like fridays, rainy days, proud cats, black & white photographs, children's books, short stories and movies that most people would never see. Music serves me justice on sad days (Adele, The Kooks, Mumford & Sons are gems) and genuine smiles are a must-have.

ahh. the marvels of HBO & the neighbourhood rental shop..
WALK THE LINE an autobiographic movie about Johnny Cash (Joaquim Phoenix) & June Carter (Reese Witherspoon- won an academy award for her role. how cool is that!). not as dark as RAY was [Ray Charles was seen to be hooked to heroin throughout most of the film (which was really disgusting. coupled with him cheating his incredibly loyal & brave wife many many many times over).] we see Johnny overcome his addiction to pills & eventually, winning stubborn June's heart, getting approval from his authoritative rigid father & dissing that unsupportive, sickeningly jealous first wife. hah. serves her right.
I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
i had no idea that CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY was so heartwarmingly funny.. if i had known it sooner i'ld have watched it sooner. gosh. and the oompalumpus (is that the right spelling?) really adorable. hahahh. i wonder how they got a middle-aged chubby man to do all those funky moves?
Aquamarine. (what??! you mean i'm not allowed to watch teenbopper movies at MY age? whatever larh.) it was honestly quite a good movie about all the so called 'cliche' stuff like friendships overcoming the odds and mermaids and evil bitchy girls falling flat on their faces, but gosh, you won't be able to help liking it. the kind of movie that's best to watch with sisters/girl friends. ooh! and Jojo & Emma Roberts (fabulous singers-actresses) star in it. so for what it's worth, it's pretty cool.
ohh. for those of you who watch MTV, do you not wish to wring the necks of those spoilt, bratty, irritating, too-blardy-rich-for-their-own-good, whiny turning-sixteen teens on My Super Sweet Sixteen?
though, i admit, although their antics irk me to the point of wanting to throw the remote control at the tv, i can't help but marvel at the fact their parents actually allow the outrageous things that the kids do at their parties.
"i'm like gonna throw this party at like my place and like i wanna invite you to like my fabulous party and like, i know you'ld go cos like you know that like i know like that i'm fabulous"
please. Don't get me started on Laguna Beach.
ok, there are probably hardcore fans out there but hey, that's just MY opinion.
so shoot me.
